Camper Age Requirements:  Student is going into 6th grade in Fall 2020 through graduating High School Spring 2020.

1.  Click the "Fill out Form" button to digitally share info with us needed for your camper.

2.  Print out or pick up "Release Form" from church to be signed by guardians.

3.  Complete form and turn in to church office or camp staff by April 19th, 2020.  

4.  Fees for campers are due by June 21st.  Scholarships are available.  Ask church office or camp staff for more information.

**Counselors/Adults attending camp need to print out/pick up "Background Form" and turn in to church office or camp staff.

Youth services are held each Sunday evening at 5:30 p.m.  There is a meal served prior to the 6:00 p.m. service.  The youth meet in the Family Life Center.
